Secureclean Ltd endeavour to recruit operatives mainly by introduction through our current employees’ word of mouth recommendation, this along with our screening through application forms and interviews, strengthens the level of security we offer our clients even further.

Induction training is given to all our new employees. This involves a comprehensive explanation and demonstration of all our cleaning methods, a full COSHH and Health and Safety demonstration including our policies and a thorough explanation of the levels of professionalism we and the client expect.

All our employees subsequently go through regular Health and Safety and cleaning refresher courses in which we re-emphasise how to effectively clean and manage different corporate environments.

Quality Controlled Service

Secureclean Ltd’s main responsibility is to check, record and develop the quality of services provided to the Customer. It is also our policy to operate a control system that is specifically designed to meet the requirements of the customer’s specification and premises prior to the commencement of the cleaning contract.

All staff are fully briefed regarding both the cleaning contract to be conducted and at what frequency. Work schedules will be prepared for each area and clearly displayed in cleaning stores cupboards. In addition all staff will be made aware of the high quality standards required. Checklists will be distributed relevant to all applicable work.

Regular random checks are undertaken by the Cleaning Supervisors on a wide selection of areas within the cleaning contract. These will include regular assessments of adherence to company Health and Safety Policy. Within customers’ premises we ensure that the entire contract will be inspected regularly, with each area being treated as a high prestige area.

Management cleaning reviews will ensure that the efficiency of the quality control system is effective. On a regular basis, the site records will be used as the basis of a formal meeting of site management to evaluate the performance aspects of the site to present date. This encourages the free flow of observations/ideas enabling us to be proactive rather than reactive to customer’s specific cleaning needs.
